Thanks to a total investment of €230,000,00 Blue Dream Hotel is moving towards a zero-emissions future.
Our hotel is strongly committed to environmental sustainability and reducing CO₂ emissions. For this reason, we are implementing an ambitious plan to progressively eliminate the use of fossil fuels and optimize the building’s energy efficiency.
We installed a 100 kW photovoltaic system on the roof, allowing us to produce our own electricity and significantly reduce CO₂ emissions.
We replaced the domestic hot water production system with an external 30 kW heat pump and 6,000 liters of insulated storage tanks. This eliminated the use of methane gas boilers from April to October.
By April 2025, all rooms will be equipped with independent electric heaters, remotely controlled via Wi-Fi.
This will allow us to turn off the central system, reducing energy consumption and eliminating the use of methane boilers for room heating.
We will replace the heating system for common areas with a Wi-Fi electric solution powered by the energy produced by our photovoltaic system. This will allow us to permanently deactivate methane boilers and achieve our goal of zero CO₂ emissions.
